A part of multiple, successful self-directed teams. Responsible for ordering and stocking back room and operating room supplies. Constantly improved cost reduction with vendors. Responsible for ordering Intraocular Cataract Lenses (IOLs). The administrative procedures involved with acquiring tissues or organs for transplantation through various programs, systems, or organizations. These procedures include obtaining consent from tissue donors and arranging for transportation of donated tissues and organs, after tissue harvesting, to hospitals for processing and transplantation.

Network Administrator: November 2002 – July 2012

Main office and two satellite offices. Installed and maintained 3Com NBX 100 phone system, and Windows XP, NT, and 2000 Server. Installed Cat5 throughout location. Normal administrator duties. Setup disaster recovery plan. Network linked printers and copier machine. System ran flawlessly. Only needed as On-Call status.

 

Sakon, LLC. - Ft. Lee, NJ

Network Engineer: December 2001 – October 2002

Isolated faults in International ATM/Frame Relay voice and data communication circuits over satellite. Installed and maintained the Alcatel 7470 & 7270 multi-service node network. Installed 4.5 meter satellite antenna and equipment overseas. Developed a soft circuit removal and install that reduced the time from approximately 4 hours to 15 minutes.

NTAC Network Engineer: May 1997 – October 2001

Engineering/development team member responsible for testing, debugging and implementing VoIP and VoATM/AAL2 Softswitches from Lab Alpha products through Network Test & Turn-UP through to Live Traffic Carrying Production environments. Maintained thirteen sites with nine node clusters running on HP9000/HP-UX 11.0 servers. Managed Solution Vendors in support of the Sprint ION Solution. Developed and provided ATM Training for Sprint Technical Tier II, III and IV support organizations and Broadband Switch Operations Control Centers. Developed operations/maintenance training, which includes ATM Control Center's Reference Guide, HP Access7, and HP Internet Advisor.

Provide assistance to the medical staff during surgical procedures to include the creation and maintenance of

sterile fields for surgical procedures. Assist in preparing patients and operating room environment for surgery. Perform various preoperative and postoperative procedures as directed. Responsible for the sterilization process, which includes inspecting, cleaning, assembling, wrapping and sterilizing equipment.

Telecommunications Computer Operator-Maintainer (74G): March 1992 – April 1997

On-line operational reliability of secure and non-secure data/voice communication circuits. Installed, diagnosed, repaired, and adjusted voice/video/data circuits and equipment while using hand tools and utilizing a signal generator (Firebird 6000), oscilloscope, multimeter, and system software. Ensured on-site bench stock and repair parts are available to support telecommunications facilities equipment and ancillary devices, and that National Security Agency (NSA) directives are complied with when performing strapping and unit level COMSEC repairs. Repaired to component level. Supervisor responsible for conduct, well-being, and training an average of ten personnel.
